The Diary Of Adrian Fox
I was
but a Youth of 16, writing often in the early hours of the
morning after a wild gig, many gigs uncovered as so much was
going on, during that time, often going out to The Roxy up
to 4 nights a week, and this also explains some of the
entries being written a week or more after the date in
question. I am proud of my Time as a Roxy club Punk Rocker
of 16, and apologize for nothing as all I ever felt and said
came from the heart, in the way things always should do. I
am proud that I was ‘real’ and honest and believed, even if
the ‘Dream’ was somewhat hollow, in enough ways to render it
imperfect. The Roxy club was home to us, the ones who
regularly went their, and lives always in shimmering, vivid
memories which will never ever fade. This was our Time, and
we wouldn’t have it any other way.
