Every Punk77 update Mad Daddy gives you a selection of bands that take his fancy from the wacky world of MySpace. From the bubblegum punk of the Riff Randells, the glammy Tranzistors, the frankly weird but beautiful Faceless Werewolves, the Dead Boys influenced Hitchhikers and not least the punky Monkees - The Flakes. Go on take a dip and check them out....

Canada's Riff Randells have been playing their irresistible blend of teenage bubblegum punk since 1999 but strangely have had very little coverage here in the UK, Based in Vancouver, they have played the length and breadth of North America and even dipped their punky pinkies into the Japanese market, but thus far, no British dates. I'll hold my hands up and admit that I had not heard them until recently and I suspect that most of you will not have done either, so lets hope we can change that.

I had a chat Anne-Marie, and this is what she told me. Interview here

ANNE-MARIE-Drums and vocals,  KATHY-Vocals and guitar & NATASHA-Bass.
