Dee has at times come across as a bit bitter about his past in Eater but as the Punk 77 interview shows there were reasons why and while we may not always agree, its his opinion and he's entitled to it as much as the next person. What can't be disputed is that Dee was an individual who helped define early Eater and their direction and was involved in Punk from its earliest days.

Whatever the reasons Dee struggled to adjust after the band had sacked him and the Year In Punk feature shows a different side to Dee Generate the punk rocker. A kid of 14 thrown into rock'n'roll and old before his time.  Dee never did form another band afterwards and like Andy Blade had to experience more lows before going on the up again.
