| All good
things come to an end but there can't be many bands who break up over
appearing in in a kids magazine of the time called 'Oh Boy!' However
that's exactly the straw that broke the camels back in July 1977 when
Dee Generate and Eater mutually agreed to part company after the band
were featured in the mag as Dee Generate and Eater..
The whole surrealness
of the event is mind boggling in its execution. On the cover we have
loveable scamp Dee smeared in blood/ketchup, cheesy grin, tie with
Luftwaffe insignia and belt made of chain and rabbit padlock.
Inside the rest of the
band are featured having a mock fight but pride of place goes to Dee's own earring as a prize to one luck winner!
