Pop
punk, power punk, new wave. You name it you could probably describe
the Boys by it! Songs laden with hooks and all matched with a strong
popular live act. It must have been all the more galling for the band
first missing the punk and then the later power pop boat. Lord knows they
gave it their best shot with 8 singles and four albums. They certainly
had no lack of confidence to begin with.
